Definitions

Nafithh: Nafeth Digital Real Estate Management Company.

Platform: A website on the Internet through which Nafithh provides electronic services.

User: Any person who benefits from the electronic services provided by Nafithh through the platform, whether as a principal or a registered or unregistered representative

Introduction

Nafithh platform provides its electronic services through the electronic platform and is available for use by everyone.

The user's entry and use of this platform is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in this document.

The services and information available on the platform and the terms and conditions of use are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to: the Communications System, the Electronic Transactions System, the Anti-Cybercrime System, and the Center's regulations and procedures related to domain names and are interpreted in accordance with them.

The user's entry and use of the portal constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions without restriction or condition.

Registration on the platform

Using electronic services requires registration on the platform, noting that there are currently no fees for the registration process on the platform, but the platform

requires, after logging in, to subscribe to the packages available to it, and after paying the subscription, whether through the website or bank transfer to the company's account, the amount is not refunded.

User Obligations

The user acknowledges that any information he provides through the platform is complete, accurate and up-to-date. He also bears responsibility for the content of any information or document provided through the portal.

The user bears full responsibility in the event that he impersonates another user's name, and Nafithh Company has the right to suspend the subscription in the event that impersonation is discovered, with the necessary legal measures being taken in this regard.

The user acknowledges that he will not represent any natural or legal person without being authorized to do so.

The user acknowledges that entering and using the platform will be for legitimate purposes only, and he undertakes not to use the platform or the information, services or tools available on it to carry out any act that results in a violation or crime under any applicable system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regardless of who is accused of that violation or crime.

Content

The name Nafithh (Nafithh Digital Property Management Company), its logo, its titles, and everything included on the platform, including but not limited to materials, texts, images, graphics, designs, models, multimedia files, software, and its classification, is the property of Nafithh, and Nafithh reserves all intellectual property rights related to it, including copyright and distribution rights. It is not permitted to reprint, distribute, modify, or use these materials for commercial or promotional purposes, or republish them in any form without obtaining express written permission from Nafithh.

Nafithh reserves the right to monitor any content entered by the user.

Nafithh reserves the right (without obligation) to delete, remove, or edit any entered materials that violate these terms and conditions.

Nafithh reserves the right to delete any information that it considers to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of use without notice.

The content and tools on the platform are provided to users as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Some links on the portal may lead to websites that are not operated by the platform, and the platform has no control over them, and the platform does not review or control the content of those websites, and when the user chooses a link to an external site, he is subject to the terms and conditions of that external site.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Nafithh seeks to provide secure access to the portal and the services provided through it, but as a result of factors beyond Nafeth's control, Nafithh does not guarantee continuous, free, uninterrupted and secure access to the portal or any of its services, and Nafithh does not bear responsibility for any interruption, delay or malfunction in the services provided through the platform.

The user acknowledges that his use of the platform or any material available through it is subject to his own responsibilities, and neither the platform nor any of its employees provide a guarantee that the platform will not be interrupted or that it will be free of problems, deletions or errors, nor is there a guarantee regarding the result that the user will obtain as a result of his use of the platform or registration in it.

Nafithh has taken all appropriate measures to place information on the portal and will try to update this information on a regular basis. However, the platform does not provide any express or implied guarantees regarding the accuracy of the information published or its conformity with reality or its completeness.

Limitations of Liability

Nafithh shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any loss of any kind resulting from the information or services it provides.

Nafithh shall not be liable for any loss, modification or damage to user data stored on the platform, which results in an unauthorized person gaining access to user data stored by the platform.

Whatever the case or circumstance, Nafithh is not responsible for any of the following matters, including but not limited to: negligence that causes any damages or harm of any kind, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, or any expenses or losses that may result from the user’s use of the platform or the inability to use it, or the occurrence of some errors or omissions or the delay in the system’s response for any reason, or an obstruction in operation or the occurrence of malfunctions or the exposure of computers to viruses or the complete failure of the system, or the loss of any profits or the exposure of the user’s reputation to harm, even if express notice is given of the possibility of such matters occurring, or the occurrence of problems resulting from accessing the platform or entering it or using it or accessing other sites through it Amendment

Nafithh has the right to amend these terms and conditions or replace them entirely with other new terms and conditions and notify you of that, and the amendments become effective immediately upon their publication on the portal unless otherwise stated, and the user's continued access to the platform or use of the services provided by the platform shall be considered as his approval of these changes

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising due to these terms, conditions, provisions or use, it shall be resolved amicably, and in the event that an amicable solution is not possible, the competent courts in the city of Riyadh shall be the competent authority
